Will a new ImPACT Passport ID be issued every time I take a baseline or post-injury test?

Your ImPACT Passport ID remains the same throughout your testing lifespan. A new ID is only assigned if you don’t type it on the first screen of the ImPACT Baseline Test. If you are taking a new test and have been tested before, make sure to provide your previous ImPACT Passport ID.
