Why can’t I load/start ImPACT Baseline Test?

There are two possible reasons why you can’t launch or begin your ImPACT Baseline Test:

  • Your pop-up blocker is turned on. Use the steps outlined here to allow pop-ups (select your specific browser from ‘Ten Methods’ tab, under title). Alternatively, search online how to turn off pop up blocker on your browser and its current version.
  • Your screen is zoomed in. To zoom out, press ‘control’ (for PC) or ‘command’ (for Apple) and ‘minus’ sign (‘-’) at the same time, until you’re able to see the ‘Launch Test’ button.
