If you can’t find a concussion care provider in your geographic location, we recommend:
- Visit your primary healthcare provider and bring them this printable flyer;
- Prompt your healthcare provider to start offering post-injury testing for concussion (ImPACT or ImPACT Pediatric);
- Encourage your healthcare provider to become a Credentialed ImPACT Consultant for test discounts and an ImPACT Passport provider so he/she can access your clinical reports using your ImPACT Passport ID.
