How do I grant my healthcare provider access to my ImPACT Baseline Test results?

First, make sure your healthcare provider offers post-injury testing and is trained by ImPACT Applications*. Then, use your ImPACT Passport app to select your ImPACT Passport ID and grant access to your test results.
