How do I find my ImPACT Passport ID?

Your ImPACT Passport ID is displayed on the last screen upon baseline test completion. You’ll also receive an email confirmation containing your ImPACT Passport ID. If, for some reason, you can’t find your ImPACT Passport ID, contact support.
