Pre-test:
If test taker answers ‘Yes’ to all of the 12 questions below, he/she is ready to start the test:
- Is your testing environment quiet and distraction-free?
- Are you on a desktop or laptop computer that meets the technical requirements?
- Is your computer plugged into an electrical outlet?
- Is your internet connection reliable?
- Are pop up blockers turned off?
- Are other programs and browser tabs closed?
- Are you free of drug and/or alcohol influence?
- Are you well-rested (no strenuous activity in the last 3 hours) and sitting comfortably?
- Is your mobile phone turned off or put away from testing area?
- Do you have your custom testing link (received on your confirmation screen and via email)?
- Did you read the instructions carefully?
- If this is not your first baseline test, do you have your ImPACT Passport ID written down?
Post-test:
- Did you download ImPACT Passport app?
- Did you store your unique ImPACT Passport ID (received via email) on ImPACT Passport app so you can grant healthcare provider access to your clinical reports when needed?
